Update

It's nearing the end of spring break week. Spent the week primarily updating my labs. I also did a little scripting. We are getting ready to deploy Symantec AntiVirus 10, so I scripted the install of that as well as the uninstall of the older version 8. That has been working out pretty well. Still need to update more documentation, but that is pretty much a constant. Tomorrow is the COA regional forum at SUNY Geneseo. The primary focus will be on HelpDesk strategies. It's great to be able to share ideas with colleagues from other colleges.
